GROSSOLOGY

If it's gross it's in here

By PATRICK ANDREWS

This game is gross, disgusting and embarrassing - and proud of it.

It tells you much, much more than you ever wanted to know about bodily functions. Well, much, much more than you wanted to know if you're past the days of paying half fare. It's a different story for Grossology's target audience of eight to 12-year-olds.

Where else can kids compose a symphony of farts, burps and other bodily sounds without being told to stand in the corner? Or sing along merrily to such tunes as Scab Joy, Pimple Explosion and Sympathetic Heaver?

There's the chance to send revolting clip art to friends and weird games such as Don't Pee Your Pants and Booger Block. And the not-to-be-missed opportunity to learn more about those pre-teen staples of conversation: vomit, snot, spit and smelly feet.

All connoisseurs of fine fart jokes will find a treasure trove of humour in here. And Grossology is well presented by Segasoft in a sick and slick sort of way, complete with barf bag interface.

Just be warned. This game should come with a special notice: not for mature audiences. And never, ever fire up this CD near meal time.
