GORDI'S ENCHANTED PLAYROOM
Homepage

Good clean fun with Gordi

By VICTORIA KAY

Enchantment awaitsLADIES AND GENTLEMEN: (just joking about the 'Gentlemen' bit, we all know what you guys are really like) PLEASE GIVE A ROUND OF APPLAUSE TOOOOOOOOOO…MR. GORDI, AND HIS NEW GAME; GORDI'S ENCHANTED PLAYROOM!

Okay, let's get back to the real world (which I know most of you find hard to do). Yes, Compedia has brought out a new Gordi game.

Anyway, this new game is positively ferocious. The puzzles are harder, it isn't 3-D (thank God, my graphics card never got over the last Gordi game that I made it play), and it now only has 6 games.

Now, graphics and sound: The toys are now cartoons come to life, and there is this really scary, disembodied voice in the background, and it keeps saying something about "the toys are lonely, cheer them up."

Now then, the games are a little different from what I saw in the first 'Gordi'. These games are meant for 3-6 year-olds, but, to be frank, I can't get past the jigsaw (on maximum difficulty), without help! The other games are; a really strange car maze, recording your own music, popping balloons (am I sensing a pattern here…?), and matching shapes.

As usual, this game is for the parents who want to get their kids into Harvard without a fight - that is to give their kids a headstart in the learning department.
